We offer free return labels for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. and Canada orders + no restocking fees!
You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.
We provide one return label per original order. If an order is purchased with store credit, it will not be eligible for a second return label. You can ship it back to us at:

Store credit never expires. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package.
CONDITIONS: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition or will be subject to denial. Swimwear with a protective adhesive strip must be returned in its original form with the protective strip fully attached.
FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL, APO & PO BOX ADDRESSES
Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, and PO Box Addresses are NOT covered. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed discount code 24-48 hours after your return has been received & accepted by either a return bar representative or a UPS carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges, as our styles tend to sell through quickly and inventory changes rapidly. If your item qualifies for a return, we will gladly issue store credit once your return is processed. You can then use your store credit to purchase any available item that catches your eye!

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We will always do our best to care for you, dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact Love Always within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
